|Lactating? Ever thought of making your own breast milk cheese?

"Actually, you can. It doesn't require heating. Add lemon juice to cold breast milk and then strain the curds. Sometimes it took longer to curd, but I was patient. I would let it sit in the fridge overnight. Compress as desired and go from there. My wife was extremely copious and we did everything with it, including stirring it into coffee. The best thing tho was curding it and making biscuits. Use the curd instead of milk. I still have the recipe if anyone is interested...and could you ship some of the milk to me? :)"
As an aside: weaning children... appears we do it too young!
http://www.kathydettwyler.org/detwean.html says 2.5 to 7 years old is the weaning range...
